The word Ayurveda is derived from Sanskrit words Ayur {Air} and Veda {Knowledge or Science}. Thus Ayurveda means 'Science of Life'.It brings Vitality to life. Our body is piece of this planet but how you gather it makes all the difference. Everything has a different impact.Ayurveda says that every root, every leaf, every tree bark found on this planet has medicinal value. And my blessing is that my forefathers were deep rooted in Ayurvedic way of life. And they have passed on some knowledge.
