Megacon is founded 1974 in Bergen, Norway by Asbjørn Geber. He is today excecutive board chairman of the Megacon Group companies in Norway, England and Denmark. Private ownership and financial freedom guarantees Megacon's integrity, confidentiality and ethical handling of any project. The Group's operation and its product and marketing strategy are co-ordinated by Megacon's head office in Norway.
